BUSINESS DAYS:
We're available live most of the time between Mon-Fri 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas day and the day after.
We close for one week during the summer at our discretion based on business volume.

PRODUCTION TIME/RUSH SERVICES: PRODUCTION TIME FOR STOCK ITEMS: Approximately 5 business days for Stress relievers and about 10 business days for all other products, pending stock availability, final proof and credit approval on stock orders up to 2500 imprints. RUSH SERVICE: Applicable for most items if inventory is available. All rush services are subject to proof and credit approval. All times listed below are based on Eastern Standard Time. All rush orders require a minimum 50% down payment when the order is placed and full payment upon delivery.
We strive to make every effort possible to make sure that you get your goods on time. However, there are sometimes circumstances beyond our control that prevent that from occuring. Business FUNdamentals, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shippers, customs or weather. CANCELLATIONS: $25.00 per order plus all other costs incurred at the time of cancellation. CLAIMS: MUST be made within 12 calendar days of original shipment. (Also see returns.) RETURNS: A return requires a return authorization code in order to be accepted and we must be advised within 12 days of receipt of original shipment. Please call us at 813-681-2410 or send email to customerservice@businessfundamentals.com stating reason for return. For un-imprinted goods a $25.00 restocking fee will apply.
SHIPPING: We typically use UPS Ground. If expedited shipping is required you will be asked to sign off on the estimated cost. Artwork: Camera-ready art: Black and white line art; laser prints can be accepted at 600 DPI or higher, preferred to be 200% of final size. Electronic images are preferred and will expedite the printing of your order. Multicolor art should include color composite as well as black and white color separations with crop marks. Factory-corrected art: $50.00 per hour, one-hour minimum. Your artwork will be sized to the maximum imprint area unless otherwise requested. Due to the orientation of some logos, your artwork may be sized smaller than the imprint area listed in the catalog to achieve a uniform, non-distorted imprint.

Digital Formats: E-mail, CD. Corel Draw or PhotoPaint or PhotoShop files in the following formats: EPS, CDR, CPT, TIFF, BMP or PDF compatible with PC platform and fonts converted to outlines (vector curves). Bitmap (resolution based) art must be at least 600 DPI at imprint size, 1200 DPI is ideal. Faxed artwork or artwork using halftones will not be accepted.
Typesetting: $15.00 for straight type, $25.00 for curved type. Normal setup charges still apply.
Art Edits/Changes: After the initial proof, there will be a maximum of one edit to artwork at no charge. Any changes initiated by the customer after the first edit, will incur a charge of $10.00 per edit.
Business FUNdamentals, Inc. reserves the right to refuse printing any explicit, derogatory, or otherwise offensive artwork at factory discretion. COMBINED PRODUCT PRICING: Will be honored for stock items where the combined quantity is within normal catalog quantities. All products to receive combined pricing must appear on the same purchase order. Combined pricing is for products only; additional charges may apply if artwork or imprint size differs. All minimum quantities will still apply per plate. See minimums for more details. CO-OP PROGRAMS: Products must have some basic identifying art or copy reflecting program name. We will provide a written quote. Grouped pricing is available on stock items/quantities only. Special pricing is available with a written quote. Call for details 877-681-2410. CUSTOM ITEMS: Custom items (we make a unique item just for you) require different turnaround time and minimums than stock products. Call for complete details and a written quote. Custom items include, Squeezies, Stuffed animals, puzzles, aqua shapes and more. It is best to call for complete details. IMPRINTS: NOTE: Imprint: Is defined as 1-color, 1-location.
Plate: Metal form required to create an imprint. Pad Printing: Method used on most small items. Plates will be kept up to one year. Rush services are available for catalog quantities only. See Rush Services for details. INK COLOR CHANGE: $20.00 per change, per order. METALLIC IMPRINTS: Due to packaging requirements, a charge of $0.20 per items will apply (Stress Relievers mostly). MINIMUMS FOR STRESS RELIEVERS (Stock items only) Minimum quantities vary with the number of colors imprinted. 1-Color: Less than catalog minimum, add $40.00 per order. 2-Color: 250 pieces; under 250 pieces, add $75.00 per order. 3 Color: 500 pieces; under 500 pieces, add $150.00 per order. 4 Color: 500 pieces; under 500 pieces add $200.00 per order. MULTICOLOR IMPRINTS: $50.00 setup per color/plate, plus $0.20 per each additional imprint. Multicolored imprints are available pending item and art, also see minimums. MULTI-LOCATION IMPRINTS: $50.00 setup per color/plate, plus $0.20 per each additional imprint. Multi-location imprints are available pending item and art. PMS IMPRINT COLORS:
$50.00 per color, per order. Absolute color match cannot be guaranteed on all surfaces. SETUP CHARGES: $50.00 per color/plate. $15.00 per color/plate: Exact reorder setup (with no changes). OVER CATALOG QUANTITIES: All orders above catalog quantities must be individually quoted. Please call prior to placing an order. OVER/UNDER RUNS: Allow 5% possible variance over/under. Factory normally strives to ship exact quantities. Quantities shipped will be invoiced. Exact quantity requests must be received at the time of order and incur an additional cost of $25.00. PACKAGING: Stress Relievers will normally be bulk packed. Some products may be poly-bagged at factory discretion at no charge. Bags may be printed with "Made in China." Special Packaging: (Stress Relievers only) 1 item per bag: $0.20 per bag. 2-10 items per bag: $0.60 per bag. 11-25 items per bag: $1.00 per bag. 26-50 items per bag: $2.00 per bag. 51-100 items per bag: $4.00 per bag. BOXES: Call for details PROOFS: VIRTUAL PROOF: An art layout for reference only, available for most items, free. PRE-ORDER ART PROOF OR LAYOUT: For all artwork sent for the art department to advise prior to placing an order, charges may apply. LAYOUT PROOF/ORDER CONFIRMATION: Will be e-mailed automatically at no charge within 48 hours of receipt of all order details, unless proof waiver is requested on order. Returned written approval required. Proof may be faxed if requested. PRODUCT PROOFS/SPEC. SAMPLES/DIGITAL PRODUCT PROOFS: Requires normal setup charges, run charges if applicable, plus item cost and freight. Rush charges may apply. If no changes made, order re-setup charges apply. Return written approval required. Same Day: Stress Relievers only, not available on many items. $0.50 per imprint Maximum 2500 imprints up to 2-colors. Minimum charge $200.00 per order Order and workable art MUST be received by 11:30 A.M. Please call prior to placing order. Next Day: $0.30 per imprint. Maximum 5000 imprints up to 2-colors.

DROP/SPLIT SHIPMENTS: Add $10.00 per shipment address after first address, plus freight charges. A $25.00 repackaging fee may apply if split request is made after the initial order is placed. FOREIGN DESTINATIONS: Unless arranged at the time of order, for orders shipped to countries other than the United States customer will be responsible for any taxes and duty charges incurred upon delivery. Business FUNdamentals, Inc. is not responsible for any customs delays. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/ACCOUNT: $25.00 per destination plus carrier charges for incorrect address or account provided. SHIPPING METHODS: UPS, FedEx or truck by request. OTHER SHIP METHODS: For Business FUNdamentals, Inc. to ship via United States Post Service a charge of $5.00 per carton will be required. To ship via DHL, there will be a charge of $10.00 per carton and a DHL account number must be provided. To ship Federal Express you just have to request it. TRADEMARK USAGE: Trademarks, logos, slogans or other registered marks illustrated herein DO NOT indicate any endorsement by their owners and are NOT for sale except by their owners. They are shown only to demonstrate factory printing and production ability. We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified by their owners, in writing, at time of order. VERBAL ORDERS: Business FUNdamentals, Inc. will no longer accept verbal orders. Orders that are made by phone will require a signed approval of a Sales Order and art prior to production. Note: Colors on stock items may vary slightly from order to order. Products shown are not intended as toys and should not be given to small children or pets. The imprints are pad or screen printed and adjusted by hand-eye coordination, thus we cannot guarantee a totally uniform imprint on each product. Density may vary on Stress relievers. In the event of an unexpected price change due to potential changes in raw material costs, factory will advise upon the receipt of order.
CUSTOM COLORS: The body colors of any stock item can be changed to meet your specifications. Minimum Order: 1000 pieces. Processing Fee: $125.00 per order per design change. PMS Item Color: $65.00 per color if required to match specific PMS shade. Absolute match cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Time: 10-12 weeks; 6-8 weeks with optional rush charges pending credit and final proof approval.
